Recruitment Procedure

Now Careers focuses on understanding your needs, so that we are able to deliver the ‘right people at the right time’. We work closely with you, connecting our experience and industry knowledge therefore being able to deliver the right people for ‘temporary’ and ‘permanent’ recruitment solutions.

Candidate Contact:

All communication is entered onto our database to comply with internal procedures.
Requests regarding contact are recorded and acted upon accordingly.

Job Specification and Interview:

Full job spec is taken to ensure clarity of requirements.
We provide, as a minimum, two references for each applicant.
All interviews are confirmed verbally and in writing.

Offer, Placement and After Care:

We issue hard copies of contracts and placement letters where available
Consultant/s will contact client on candidates start date and agree an ongoing level of contact to maintain relationship.

Group Database

Upon your meet and greet with a dedicated Now Careers consultant you will be entered along with your current skills and employment requests into our CRM database. This database is used to find the client that is best suited to your skills and knowledge in the market place

Online Timesheets

Our online timesheet system enables our candidates and clients to manage their timesheets online. This allows you to have your contractor attendance submitted and approved online or via an iPhone, Blackberry, or other mobile devices when you’re on the go.
