To ensure a consistently high level of service to our clients, we promise the following:

Client Contact:
- All communication is entered onto our computer system to comply with internal procedures.
- Requests regarding contact are recorded and acted upon accordingly.
- We will always issue copies of terms & conditions.

Job Specification and Interview:
- Full job spec is taken to ensure clarity of requirements.
- We provide as a minimum 2 references for each applicant.
- All interviews are both written and verbally confirmed.

Offer, Placement and After Care:
- Issue of hard copies of contracts and placement letters.
- Consultant will contact client on candidates start date and agree an ongoing level of contact to maintain relationship.
Permanent ~ Fees are calculated as a % of the successful applicants gross equivalent annualised
remuneration package, which will be taken to include base salary, superannuation
and allowances.
Contract ~ Fees are calculated on an hourly rate basis which includes superannuation, payroll
tax, workers compensation and public liability insurances. All fees are quoted excluding GST.
In the event of a candidate leaving your company within 12 weeks of commencement (other than through redundancy)
you may elect to have a candidate replaced free of charge. This is provided that NOW Careers is notified in
writing within 7 days of termination of employment and that the full fee has been paid within the agreed payment terms.
