The role:

Generally working on projects from $5M-$60M million you will be providing support to the Estimating manager and be exposed to D&C, Hard Dollar and negotiated contract tenders. Your key duties will include assisting in full tenders and breaking down the scope of works, bill of quantities and preparing associated documentation. In return a great importance will be placed on training and development for an individual who is determined to step up to the next level.

Qualifications:

The successful applicant will ideally have a tertiary qualification in construction or Quantity Surveying. Alternatively our client will consider individuals who have come from a trade background. Having gained at least2 but ideally 5 yearsexperience within an Estimating role role it is vital to have good PC and Buildsoft knowledge which is accompanied by excellent communication and organisation skills.
