The Role
-
You will be the sole BDM for NSWreporting in to the MD and Marketing Manager

You will be targeted to bring in around $8 Million in sales in your first year& will be judged on the quality & quantity of tenders brought through the door

With the business having strong government & private sector streams of income you will have an excellent base to build on existing business

New business will mostly come from your ability to network with your own contacts who you already know and who you develop as time goes on
-
Projects targeted will be anywhere from $200,000 to $10 Million in value and this is the track record they already hold

There is a BDM in place in QLD who you will be able to bounce off

Qualifications & Experience
-
A knowledge of the commercial fitout sector in Sydney is imperative with a track record in delivering sales targets

This may be a background in leasing & property, design or construction itself

A minimum 5 years industry experience is essential and any scope upto 30 years experience will definitely be considered

A high level of self-motivation, ability to hit targets & track record in bringing tenders through the door is essential

A well developed portfolio of clients and potential clients is imperative - who do you know who could provide work?
