Now Careers is currently recruiting a Client Side Project Manager for their client. This company is a leading Property Investment and Management Company with a large portfolio of Retail and Commercial properties across Sydney and overseas. The Role
They require a Client Side Project Manager to join their business. This role is a new role to the business. Due to owning a large number of properties in their portfolio they are looking to secure a Client Side Project Manager. This role would see you manage all of their projects from inception to completion. Liaising with architects, engineers and managing the contractor on the delivery of Fit Out and Refurbishment projects across their portfolio of Retail and Commercial properties. Key Requirements - You will have come from either a Carpentry Trade or Degree background. Ideally you will have completed a degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical. Architecture or Construction Management
- You will have a minimum of 4-5 years experience ideally having delivered Commercial, Retail Fit Out Projects from inception through to completion
- You will have experience in Design Management, leading the process, gaining approvals and coordination of design through construction process
- You will have managed the tender process to engage a contractor for establishing the tender, assessing the tenders through to managing the contractor and contracts administration through delivery.
- You will have demonstrated experience in stakeholder and client management, with exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal
- You will have demonstrated experience of being able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
