Based on site you will be overseeingthis project from inception to completion with a 3 month programme in place. Assisting with initial procurement of subcontractors & consultants, you will then oversee all construction delivery through to project completion.
Responsibilites includecoordination of sub contractors, contracts administration, financial reporting, site supervisonthrough tooverall project financialclose out.
Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years construction experience, with a proven track record of project managing technically challenging medical/dental fit out and refurbishments in Melbourne.Existing network of sub contractors & consultants in Melbourneisalso anadvantage.
This is an initial 3 month contract position,however there maybe potential for permanent role thereafter and if so you willbecome integral to the Melbourne operations.
