The Role & Business - Finishes Foreman reporting to the Project Manager. Working alongside the Site Manager who has already taken the project through structure, you will be responsible for managing all finishing trades over the next 6 months until practical completion
- Using an innovative concrete based product in Hebel, you will have a working knowledge of the product
- The business has been around for over 15 years building predominantly residential medium density projects in their local south west Sydney area
Qualifications & Experience - You will be from a Carpentry trade background and have an excellent track record in Finishes on residential projects as a Supervisor
- You will have a working knowledge of Hebel for the internal walls will be crane lifted into the project
- You will have a minimum 4 years working in a Supervisory capacity
- You will have an excellent attitude where your employers' interests come first
