Having constantly grown year on year they are renowned as an employer of choice in NSW and the ACT. operating in the commercial sector of the market they are geared to build projects up to the value of $40 Million.
The role:
Initially working on a landmark project within the ACT you will be a proven Foreman reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director to deliver the development. The ideal candidate will have the communication skills and carpentry background to co-ordinate your Sub-Foreman and relevant sub-contractors. Your key duties will involve OH&S implementation, quality assurance checks, control on-site records/documentation and build strong relationships with clients. To assist your role you will be given your required labour levels and any additional resources needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

The successful applicant will have: Carpentry Trade background.

At least five years experience in a Foreman role previously running projects up to the value of $30 Million.

Commercial, Residential or Age-Care experience is advantageous.

Efficient Time Management and Organisation skills.

Strong Computer Literacy.
Well presented, good communication & relationship skills are essential.
