Our client, a well reputed civil construction organisation, are seeking a Submissions Co-ordinator to assist their estimating team in Sydney.
As an integral part of the team the role will see you involved in preparing high quality submission documentation such as tender documentation, basic graphics work and responses to expressions of interest. You will also be a point of contact between the internal and external stakeholders, therefore a high level of professionalism and co-ordination is required for this role.
To be successful you will need to have previous experience in administration, excellent communication and coordination skills, basic experience in formatting and graphic design and a strong, flexible work ethic. Those candidates with experience in supporting a bids team and/or experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors will be highly favoured.
