This is a brilliant opportunity to join a Top Tier Builder / Developer on a regionally significant project. They have building portfolio that includes many of the land marks in Sydney and throughout Australia. The Role:
You will be the Contracts Administrator in a team that is building a $200m Industrial project in Western Sydney. The client is one of Australia's largest companies. Location will be split between the CBD and on-site. The position will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and Project Manager within the business. Ultimately, this is an autonomous role, where you will be the senior administrator overseeing the project. Career progression with this opportunity leads towards Contracts Management.
Requirements:
We are looking for a progressive Contracts Administrator with at least 4 to 5 years post-graduate experience. You will need to have experience administrating both Head Contact and Sub-Contract contracts. It is expected you will have experience in the Sydney market with a Top Tier or Mid Tier Builder. You have either delivered or are ready to deliver projects to the value of $50m leading a contracts team. Ideally, we are looking for an ambitious individual looking for a career in Contracts Management.
