Job Description
This company is a 3rd Tier building Contractor with a turnover above $100m p.a. They specialise in Commercial projects in the Private sector and Government. They have just one a $5m commercial project south of Sydney.

With qualifications in Construction or Quantity Surveying, you will have demonstrated experience working with a quality Builder preferability on Commercial projects. Someone with experience on Schools or Government projects will be held in the highest regard. You will need to have at least 2 years CA experience.

Highest consideration will be given to those with a Tertiary Education, Experience in Commercial Construction and with demonstrated employment stability.

Whilst reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required to administer contract lettings and negotiations, process progress claims & payments for subcontractors and suppliers, assess variation claims and approvals. You will also be expected to run the financials for the project.

With on-going trainging and development there is huge scope for promotional prospects. Remuneration will depend upon experience expected to cap out at $70k.
