This builder has been trading for more than 20 years. Their core business is predominately in Government projects to the value of $10m. They hold the highest level of accreditation with the Department of Commerce providing security of projects and cash flow.
They currently have a number of Government and Private projects about to start including but not limited to BER projects. All projects are commercial, and only candidates with local commercial experience will be considered. With a strong project pipe line, this builder can offer job security beyond 2011.
To be considered for this position you will have to be able to demonstrate that you have good all round construction experience, from earthworks to structural, services, fitout and finishes. It is expected that you will be trade qualified (preferably carpentry). You must have a good understanding and be compliant with all OH+S regulations and most of all, have a strong work ethic and take pride in project delivery.
