Now Careers is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established commercial builder who have been trading for the last 12 years and are well known for their retail and commercial expertise however now boast a portfolio of projects in: community, commercial / industrial, corporate interiors, retail, residential, specialist buildings, hospitality and entertainment. Currently working on projects to the value of $10m however is geared up to take on projects up to the value of $25m without suffering the constraints of red tape.
Due to successful tendering the services of an experienced Foreman is require to manage the site establishment on a on a $5M shopping centre complex in regional NSW. Once the site has been established a Site Manager will join the team and the successful candidate will work under their direction. The scope of the extension will be to build a new supermarket and will include the complete the full fit out.
Reporting to the Site Manager you duties will include:
Co-ordination of sub-contractors
On site OH&S management
On site weekly progress meeting
Inductions, tool box talks and QA
Liaising with client when necessary
Coordinating and overseeing day to day activities.
If you live out of town accommodation will be provided to you along with a competitive market rate.
