Recently winning two Sydney project's in excess of $100 Million they have consistently turned over $500 Million and continue to be a key player within construction in NSW.
The role:
Generally working on projects from $5 to $100 million you will be reporting to both the Senior and Chief Estimators in the business. Dealing with D&C, Hard Dollar and negotiated contract tenders your key duties will include assisting in full tenders and breaking down the scope of works, bill of quantities and preparing associated documentation. In return a great importance will be placed on training and development for an individual who is determined to step up to the next level and build on their Industry experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
The successful applicant will be:
Preferably Attained a Relevant degree qualification in construction but not essential.
Have attained at least 12 Months work experience in an Estimating position.
Knowledge of D&C, Hard Dollar and negotiated contract tenders is advantageous.
Good Computer Skills & proficient in the use of Build-soft would be advantageous.
Excellent Communication & Organisation skills.
Consider Individuals coming from a First, Second or Third Tier Builder background.
