This exciting Property Management role will entail looking after all aspects of this well maintained portfolio. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years Property Management experience, be highly motivated, outgoing and organised person who will work well with a close knit, friendly and successful team. Rest experience would be advantageous.
Reporting to the New Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing a clean portfolio and provide outstanding service to your clients. Your day to day duties will include repairs and maintenance, liaising with landlords, tribunal hearings, leasing, new business and general management of the rent roll.
